This invitation to contact does not create an attorney/client relationship. Before the attorney/client relationship is created, a no-cost initial consultation must occur where information will be gained to allow the firm to comply with ethical requirements including a conflict of interest check. After it is verified that no conflict of interest would be created by providing legal advice and representation, and before the attorney/client relationship is created, a written engagement agreement between attorney and client will be prepared and agreed to setting forth the scope of representation and other terms of the attorney/client engagement.
